REVOLVING CIRCLES
I divide the class in 2 groups.
Group 1 is the inner circle (they are the students so they just imitate the teachers), group 2 are the outer circle (the teachers). Teachers have to think of one joint mobility excercise (1st part of the warm up). When the music sounds they speak the name of their exercise loudly and demonstrate it. When music stops they move clockwise and repit it again. They can both repit it or change it. After 3 rotations in a row students change positions with the theachers (that is group 1 changes with group 2).
In that moment, new teachers have to create, demonstrate and speak the name of one Cardiovascular exercise (second part of the general warm up). And they do the same, every time the music stops they move one position clocwise.
